Cancellation/Rescheduling

1. A $30 deposit must be placed to book & secure your appointment time.

2. Cancellations/Rescheduling made within 24 hours prior to your appointment will lose their full deposit.

3. Cancellations made before 24 hours prior to your appointment will be refunded their full  deposit.

4. NO-SHOWS will lose their deposit & future bookings will be affected.

5. Within 24 hrs cancellations or No-shows for prepaid treatments/treatment packages will  have a $30 charge.

*You will receive a 48hr email or SMS notification prior to your appointment.
