Is there any downtime?
None. You may notice mild pinkness that fades within a few hours. You can return to work, apply makeup, and resume your daily routine immediately. Maintain SPF 30+ and avoid heavy actives for 24 hours.

How should I prepare?
Arrive well hydrated — we recommend 2 to 3 litres of water daily for three days before your session. Come with clean skin, avoid strong acids or retinoids for 24–48 hours, and remove any metal jewellery in the treatment area.
